This was a decent hostel, but there is no common room that you can "hang out" in. Also - if you book on the internet they make you pay the full amount even if you don't stay the full number of days which is not cool - if you staying at a hostel you are trying to save money right? Also there is only one bathroom/shower for the whole floor of people which can get a little tricky if there are a lot of girls staying there.

Had an excellent time. The receptionist that welcomed us speaks just about every language. Run by a very youthful though very respectful bunch. We were very happy with the service. The breakfast was great, although I won't be looking at another egg in a while (it's nearly the same breakkie each day). Location is unbeatable... just a couple of blocks from the mosques and sights. The rooftop bar is cool, though pretty deserted in cold weather. The nice thing is that the hostel is off at the end of

Great hostel and splendid views of the Bosphorus from the rooftop terrace, where breakfast and [optional] evening meals are served. My four-bed dorm was just about big enough for one bunkbed -it had two bunkbeds... MAJOR drawback!
