located not too near to the main spots, but therefore in a quiet street, near to 2 tube stations (District / Picadilly Line); staff acts unemotionally; awful breakfast

The checkout time is strictly 10am. This rule is sooooo unfriendly. The breakfast time is from 7:30am to 9:00am. I can't figure out why this hotel needs to restrict the time so tightly. But I definitely won't stay in this hotel again.
