Dear travelers, hotel Orfeo it´s near the two most important museum of Amsterdam.No far from the center,nice place for only a week-end.

Hi. I booked a last minute flight and found Orfeo, which was situated perfectly where everything was within walking distance. When I arrived, I was greeted by the reception staff who was very helpful in making my visit a pleasant stay. Because of it's compactness, it was a perfect social environment where I've made many new friends and had tons of fun. Whether you're a student backpacker or a professional, if you're looking for fun this is the place to be. Thanks!

Had no major problems at all witih this hostel. My only gripe is that late at night the lobby had a funky aroma. However, this was probably a problem with city drainage as opposed to that particular hostel because we encountered the problem in other biuldings as well. Shower was perfectly clean, and there were no flies. Bathrooms were also clean. My room was very warm. All and all i would go back here if i was on a budget.

I came to visit Amsterdam on impulse for the new year, so I booked very late. I got a a room and the staff was really helpful because we decided to extend our stay. The guys working here are very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a perfect location, very near to the bars, discos and shopping streets. I can do everything by walk. The rooms are clean and top quality for what you can expect from a hostel at a low price.
