The location and the rooms are fine. However, my stay in this hostel was wholly disturbed by the ill-mannered girl who works in the front desk, with an Indian accent and face. She is really in need of intensive training on how CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT in this Business. She was consestetly rude, uncooperative and indecent towards a guest like me...Sad!

Taking a shuttle such as Super Shuttle from the airport was a really helpful suggestion from the staff- it would be a good thing to add to your website. It was my first time to San Francisco and the Bart was closed, and taxis were very expensive. The shuttle was $17, versus $50 for a taxi.
