I made an error with my hostel reservation which I attempted to correct via e-mail well before my arrival at FIAP. The e-mail I received in response told me I would be able to sort things out at the front desk once I arrived. When I showed up my e-mail had been completely lost/forgotten/left by the wayside and the front desk made me pay for an extra night which I had attempted to cancel. This was upsetting.
