this was a good hostel the only problem was there wasnt a lot of hot water in the morning so plan showers accordingly and take the 23 bus if you are coming from the train station it drops you right off

We had so much fun staying in Florence the entire weekend! The hostel was pleasant, clean, and easy to get to and the staff was amazing! The location made our time easy to maneuver about the city, and the restaurants were great! Thank you for such a great time!!

Very good security with keys to outside of building, to apartment and to room. Vivian pleasant. Food OK. But we were so frustrated when we arrived to find that there were no towels. It was 2 the next day before we had towels.

You don't stay where you check in, so be prepared for an extra 15 minutes of walking. We stayed in a large apartement for 7 people - it was amazing! Right in the center of Florence and a great place to come home to at night.
