The hostel is in a good location near Hyde Park. When I was there the rooms were tidy and the staff was friendly and informative.

The hostel is so dirty, mixed toilets and only one toilet for a lot of rooms

Only real complaint is that the security lockers are not included with the price (a small surcharge applies for a locker). The breakfast was very poor and they need to invest in some dishes. Only one fork for the entire place, and no mugs for tea only plastic cups.
