This was a family vacation w/21 y/o, 22y/o and 26y/o. Everyone had a great time. The hotel was great and breakfast (included) help start the day. Definitely will be staying here again when we come back sans children.

On my recent stay in London for a large weekend, couldn't find a better place to stay. The relation quality/price is excellent! The location is superb. Only one minute from the Bayswater underground station and some great spots of London. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but toilets were a bit tiny but was cleant every single day. I do recommend this hotel!

My single room was VERY small, but newly renovated, clean, warm and I had everything I needed. Also, great location, very close to Bayswater tube station.
